To fire it up, just type:

make

PS: I know it's not the best markup, inline css, tables, etc. Deal with it. :P

To generate static content for gh-pages:

1. clone/fork repo
2. create gh-pages branch and push it (for forks)
3. setup via make on master
4. in a new term run make generate on master
