This is a visualizer for the contrast transfer function (CTF) of an electron microscope. It can be downloaded and run locally or viewed here.
The visualizer can be set up to run locally as follows.
cd ctf-grapher
yarn or npm install # install dependencies
yarn start or npm start # start the React web server and open the page at http://localhost:3000
