Work of each files

• final-2.csv: the dataset of 1084 cases departing from Wuhan between Jan 19, 2020 and Jan 23, 2020, family cohort excluded.
• plot_... : R code of function that estimates the parameters of the distribution of incubation period of COVID-19 under different assumptions
• pi_... : R code of function that calculate the confidence intervals of incubation period of COVID-19 with bootstapping
• model_validation.R: R code of model comparison between different assumptions of distribution of incubation period of COVID-19
