The script seqcounter.sh is bash script to be executed in Linux.
After cloning the repository please make sure the file is executable using chmod +x seqcounter.sh if necessary.
The script seqcounter.sh looks for FASTA files in the directory where it is executed and prints the name of the file and number of sequences.
