metaRNA-Seq Initial Release (used in Jorth et al. 2013)

This is the suite of utilities used in Jorth et al. (2013, in review) to compile multi-organismal "metagenomes" for whole-microbiome differential high-throughput transcriptomics. See the README for further documentation of the individual scripts.
