Download the appropriate Tether Installer for your PC:

Installation Instructions

1. Install Tether on Android
2. Install Tether on your PC
3. Windows Users must also install Android drivers and restart.
4. Open Tether Desktop on PC
5. Open Tether on Android (and follow any instructions there)
6. Tether should now be working!
