If you need support please create an issue on the leihs-community repository - https://github.com/leihs/community.
- The Zürich University of the Arts supports external customers only if the instance does not differ from the documented standard leihs-environment. Please create a ticket to ask for support. We invoice on an hourly basis.

You should have the following experience or familiarity with the following software if you want to set up and support a leihs instance for someone:
- Debian / Ubuntu
- Ansible automation system
Depending on what the customer wants to connect to leihs, the following experience might be useful:
- LDAP or Active Directory
- Shibboleth
