This is a forked development version of the R.JIVE package for R. The stable version of the package is available from CRAN. This version includes functions to perform the sJIVE method, written by Elise Palzer and developed in collaboration with Sandra Safo [1].
This version of R.JIVE can then be installed, directly from GitHub, using the devtools library:
