Support for DaVinci 1.0/A, 2.0/A, AiO and DUE based printers

It is based on v0.92.10 repetier - thanks to community for helping doing the porting and reporting issues
Support : 1.0/2.0/1.0A/2.0A/AiO Due Based printer (especially DUE/RADDS/GLCD)
1- Now it is multi language at runtime
2- Better auto leveling
3- Full control of AiO (laser. led. turn table. etc...) but scanner host is still under review - candidat is horus but need some adjustments.
4- Several bug fixes

⚠️ No support for others printers like 1.1plus, Jr, Pro, Nobel, etc.. Do not use this fw on them

Edit: current master has already some bug fixes compare to this release
