Typeahead collection update + bugfixes

This release introduces a separate typeahead collection, which is populated with document titles and categories from the core Searchhub/Lucidfind collection.

First Official Release

This is a 0.1 release. We've had this in production for a bit, so tagging it here and uploading the plugin Jars so that a build of them is available publicly.
