A implementação dos getters/setters com attr_accessor e a inicialização dos mesmos no initialize está totalmente correta. Esta é a maneira correta de fazer.

Minha única critica continua no método autoriza, que ainda está confuso, pois no primeiro if está voltando o segundo parametro que pode ser opcional, mas tem como default value false. Estranho, pq fico perdido sem estou lendo o código sem olhar os testes. Só vou entender quando olhar os testes.

Na implementação que fiz, tem um autorizar que é mais claro do ponto de vista de leitura, e deixa explicito as regras de autorização. Dá pra encaixa no seu código também, tirando os kind_of? pelos parâmetros de autorizacao dos objetos.

Devemos considerar alguns pontos:

Este tipo de implementação de gets é bem incomum em Ruby. Mais informações podem ser encontradas na página 48, do Ruby Best Practices, um livro que vocês compraram tempos atrás, e vale uma lida.

O método autoriza ainda continua confuso do meu ponto de vista, pois no primeiro if está voltando o segundo parametro que pode ser opcional, mas tem como default value false. Muito estranho.
