This ticket is blocks : TRAC8368

Before this we have to confirm that EnginXCalibrateFull will take as input a workspace instead of a filename (that could be done as part of this ticket). Once we do this, when we are operating on workspaces and we have an InputWorkspace (and can have an optional OutputWorkspace), the input/output workspace would have the calibrated/corrected detector positions.

This came out after reconsidering the initial plans to use ConvertUnits in EnginXCalibrateFull in http://trac.mantidproject.org/mantid/ticket/10589 which have been abandoned/superseded.
