Error bars appear in the first two stages of the ALC interface, but not the third. A talk with Racquel indicated this was intended, because errors cannot be calculated in the third stage (Peak fitting). |

Fixes #12398
Tester: review code changes. Open Muon -> ALC interface. Load "MUSR00015189.nxs" as "First" and "MUSR00015191.nxs" as "Last" and see that errors are displayed in the plot.
