Assembled widgets so that most of the white space could be removed. Starting the help document that will be associated with the gui. Refs #12701
Added expressions for units that are not specified in UnitFactory using Latex. Completed Description of ToFconverter, Input values that it can take and, output value produced. Refs #12701
edited the .py file associated with functionality so that pylint would accept it Refs #12701

Parts of the UI look like they are hidden behind something on Ubuntu.

Tidied up the GUI for ToF Converter, added tooltips and
added help button linking to .rst file. Still need to write help file.
