Update 2.1.0 - 🦀 Spotify gone, Spicetify here 🦀

INFO: This update requires Rainmeter 4.3 (r3298) or higher

This update is rather small but includes multiple smaller fixes, including a guide on how to change to Spicetify + WebNowPlaying to get Spotify working again. Many thanks to @tjhrulz and @khanhas for making this possible 👍
