Clean up release

Renamed and deleted a lot files.

Nice voltage display with battery level in percent

Added a linear animation for a battery gauge for the OLED. To be implemented in the main process for init.d.

New AD converter

Replaced AD converter (ADC) MCP3008 (SPI interface) by an ADS1015 module from Adafruit with I2C interface.

Added ground control center

Now all ROS client nodes and windows can be started with one command.
