Usage:

./mvsctl -s, --start        starts the server on port 80 (needs root permission)

./mvsctl -x, --stop         stops the server

./mvsctl -d, --devel        starts the server in development mode on port 8080

./mvsctl -c, --change PATH  changes the location of the movie directory to the specified PATH
