Rewrite of the bundle

Complete rewrite of the bundle to support recent symfony versions. To simplify setup unmaintained versions support was dropped:

• php version requirement bumped to 7.2
• symfony 3.4, 4.4, 5.x support added
• more details in #12

Add support of Symfony 3.x

Includes:

• #7/#8 enable symfony 3.x support (thanks to @ PhiLL02)

Initial release
