By subclassing `ModelConverter`, you can override the fields used for various conversions while retaining all the automatic configuration of the base `ModelConverter.conv_*` methods

By subclassing
ModelConverter, you can override the fields used for various conversions while retaining all the automatic configuration of the baseModelConverter.conv_*methods.This should not have any backwards compatible concerns, but will allow developers to more easily extend the ModelConverter in the future.
