RUNNING THE DEMO
1. Build: in <CQ_ROOT>: mvn clean assembly:assembly -Dmaven.test.skip.exec=true
2. start instances <CQ_ROOT>: ./demo/demo.sh <node_count> <trader_name>
Important: currently demo.sh is hardcoded to run all nodes on the local machine
