To build the static HTML, you need App::mowyw from CPAN, and run

    mowyw

in the root directory where you can also find this README file.
It reads the pages sources from source/ and headers/foooters/menus
from includes/ and puts the generated HTML files into online/

The blog (URL /blog-en/) is based on blosxom (patched), and is found in
source/blog-en.cgi. It reads the data from source/blog-source-en/*/*.txt
