Aside from the board you'll also need:
- a USB camera or a board-specific camera module
- a power supply capable of delivering enough current for the board as well as for all attached peripherals (cameras, network adapters, etc)
- a storage device compatible with your board (usually an SD card, any capacity will do as the OS itself requires just a couple of hundreds of megabytes)
- a WiFi adapter if Ethernet connection is not an option
