This PR is intended to resolve the bug https://bugs.mysql.com/bug.php?id=108088
With the proposed change, all tests pass successfully. Without the change in
DatabaseMetaDataUsingInfoSchema, the added test fails asgetImportedKeysreturns information on both foreign key relationships in the test fixture.
