Allow MySQLCursorPrepared.execute() to accept %(key_name)s in operations and dictionary as param #19

Regular cursor allows this functionality but prepared statements don't allow this functionality. I think it's a reasonable feature to add so that people can run execute how they're used to in python while also using prepared statements.

… in operation i.e. %(param_name)s and dict(param_name=value)
