Because the watcher and autocompiler have been deprecated in favour of guard-nanoc, it would make sense to not include the watcher configuration in nanoc.yaml by default anymore.

It might also make sense to ship a default Guardfile with the skeleton site?

@bobthecow I’d rather not include a Guardfile by default, because I see this as something separate that people may or may not use, and I’d like to keep the default site as small as possible. Besides, including a Guardfile is weird if there is no dependency on guard and guard-nanoc in the gemspec, I think.
