OT Framework (OTF) is an application framework built to speed up the process of application development. OTF includes many base features that nearly all applications need, such as authentication, authorization, themes, etc.

OTF was built using Zend Framework 1, jQuery, and Twitter Bootstrap. It is meant to run in a LAMP environment.

OTF was created by developers in Outreach Technology at NC State University.
