On FreeBSD aggreagated interfaces have not any specific if_media type.
And vlan interfaces created on top of such interfaces also have not
if_media type. And net-snmpd reports incorrect interface speed in
such cases.
When interface speed is zero, use ifi_baudrate to set ifSpeed and
ifHighSpeed as fallback.
