QuoVote

Present Q&A sessions with style

QuoVote lets you have a Q&A session with any audience. Protect your events from uninvited guests and ensure user singularity.

Installation

Create a file named .env under the frontend folder and type the following into it:

VUE_APP_BASE_PATH=/api

Email Configuration

Fill up the environment fields under quovote-backend in docker-compose.yml file. Please make sure not to commit those credentials.

Note: Consider using the service mailtrap.io for testing mailing in your local environment.

EMAIL_HOST=smtp.mailtrap.io
EMAIL_PORT=****
EMAIL_USERNAME=*************
EMAIL_PASSWORD=*************

Running QuoVote

$ docker-compose up

After the compilation is complete, go to http://stack.localhost in your browser (Chrome works without further configuration, others might require editing hosts file).
