NVDA throwing exceptions when browsing the web #3594

This happens when browsing the web using Firefox or IE.
Braille is enabled with Focus tethered to review, using Windows 7 and eEspeak. When Braille is tetherd to Focus, this error doesn't Show up.
HOw to reproduce:

  1. Switch Braille tethered to Review.
  2. Visit Google.de
  3. Ente any search Terms such as Google glass and hit enter.
    4.Pick up one of the results and prss enter to enter page.
    The error sund should be heard at least here (maybe before eterig th Input field fr search).

Ah, this also happens it seems if you let a sighted person use the mouse with nvda on, I have not been able to get to the log as the guy rebooted the machine and nvda several times during our session, however there was no Braille display on the machine.

I have similar problems but traceback is not same. May be it's not related but perhaps useful to track down this anoying bug.

api.setNavigatorObject: if the review mode is document and the object has no treeInterceptor or its passThrough (or the treeInterceptor is not ready), set the review mode to object. The extra isReady check stops subsiquant exceptions in event_becomesNavigatorObject when a virtualBuffer is not yet ready. Fixes #3594
