Navigate to your course home page, in the admin panel.

All Courses > [Your Course] > Assignments.

##Open Submissions

Next to the assignment, click edit. If the lock_date is in the future, students may still submit. Otherwise, shift it back. Save.

##Grade Composition

Next to the assignment, click Queues. Then, click Generate Queues. Your readers can now logon to grade their assigned submissions.

##Re-open Submissions

Next to the assignment, click edit. Change revisions on? to true. Save.
