This reverts commit 9963614.
Tests have a pass rate of only 85%; reference slack thread - this is causing problems for presubmits and will show up in payloads shortly. Per TRT policy we are reverting.
To reinstate, create a re-revert PR with fixes layered on top, and use it to run a payload job with
/payload-aggregate periodic-ci-openshift-release-master-ci-4.20-e2e-gcp-ovn-techpreview-serial 10
- check all the jobs this runs, it should include the test and not fail more than 5% of the time (might want to run two sets).
