This PR gets rid of the "Kalman" Filter.
I'm allowed to propose this because I wrote it. :-D
Let's be honest, it's not that good. Personally, I kept using Accela.
Now this also gets rid of the Eigen3 Dependency which is nice IMO. I don't think it was used for anything else.
