Verandah is:

Ostensibly :
– An open source online productivity suite, designed to replace google’s many products (hey, why not dream big)

Really:
– Probably just another one of my pet projects that will never really go anywhere.

Initially Verandah will focus on two areas:

Calendaring:
– Aim to make excellent web based calendaring service, interoperable with as many relevant standards as possible ie. iCal.

Note Taking:
– Simple note taking web app supporting versioning, etc.
