Build dependencies ProcLaunch

Proclaunch needs the following Perl Modules that were not installed (or outdated) on my system:

ExtUtils-CBuilder-0.2703.tar.gz
ExtUtils-Manifest-1.58.tar.gz
ExtUtils-ParseXS-2.2206.tar.gz
Test-Harness-3.22.tar.gz
Module-Build-0.3607.tar.gz
File-Slurp-9999.13.tar.gz

You can find them on http://cpan.perl.org/ via search. Try to add them in this order and finally build ProcLaunch. For help on installing Perl Modules manually, see http://cpan.perl.org/modules/INSTALL.html
