Pjotr’s test and development branches of the official
Bioruby project. The central ‘master’ tree can be found at:

http://github.com/bioruby/bioruby

with which the ‘bioruby-master’ branch, here, is kept in sync. All other
branches are Pjotr’s development branches. The ‘master’ branch may,
at some point, become an alternative gem.
