Version 0.2 - Nearly complete version. Watchdog and timers implemented. Left to do:

• Arduino to Pi Logging
• Detection of sensor data based shutdowns and updates
• Programming Arduino from Pi

Initial Commit: This holds the 0.1 release of the Arduino Battery Watchdog files. Things are incomplete and partially finished. We are releasing these files because the first article of a four article series has been published in MagPi on November 1, 2013.
