Feature request

Inspired by https://forum.image.sc/t/launching-qupath-by-opening-a-groovy-script-with-qupath/77432 with some extras

  • Support opening scripts (not just images) from the command line
    • This will at least enable scripts to be opened easily during development/debugging
  • Explore whether QuPath can/should support .groovy files as a file extension
  • Log a warning if the user probably wants to run a script, but doesn't use the script subcommand
