Open vimdiff with the modified and unmodified versions of a file.

Usage:

  rcd <filename>

The version of the file checked out from the revision control system is marked
readonly, to prevent accidental editing of it.

Subversion, Mercurial, Git, Bazaar and CVS repositories are supported.
