As there are major concerns about DUI being avaliable for everyone, I implented an opt-in solution that requires the page
Special:MyPage/EditCounterOptIn-DUI.jsto be created in the wiki queried or on meta. If that opt-in page is not present, an error message is displayed and the calculation is aborted.
