Ticket Management system built off the database of osTicket. Created & Designed by Ross Norvell
Install:
- run setup.sql against the database you have set up
- edit config.php to use credentials above
- upload files in "BugBase" folder to server
- enjoy!
Things to Note: - This project is not 100% complete & thus does not have an admin panel or knowledge base functionality. Feel free to fork & continute development, I will certainly be working on this in my free time.
