Splunk doesn't provide publicly available download URL.
This template assumes that you copied Splunk client package from Splunk to your own server.
Splunk client package download url 'splunk_forwarder_pkg_url' is specified in rubber-splunk.yml file.
Log monitors should be configured in inputs.conf.
