Another fork of partcover exists at http://github.com/geofflane/partcover-fork and this has ncover support. I’ve talked to the developer and he is happy for me to integrate his ncover related changes into this fork.
In the mean time you may find http://code.google.com/p/tinesware-tools/source/browse/trunk/Infrastructure/Scripts/Partcover.xsl I useful alternative – the xslt converts partcover to ncover format.
