This Plugin adds Campaign Infos to the RSS URL and a option for a twitterable URL to tracking in Google Analytics or Piwik And now a Option to add a QR Code to Facebook

This Plugin adds the option to track your RSS reader or Twitter clicks by using Campaigns. You can use Google Analytics and/or Piwik.
Twitter Campagns can shorten by Bit.ly
And now you can add a QR-Code to Facebook liked Pages.

== Installation ==

1. Upload `plugin-name.php` to the `/wp-content/plugins/` directory
1. Activate the plugin through the 'Plugins' menu in WordPress
1. Go to the Option Menu and change your Options
