This is the latest release of Vacceed. It contains a compressed vacceed directory containing all relevant Perl, R, and Linux scripts (including sample data).
- Select the file vacceed_v1.1.tar.gz to download
- Decompress: tar –zxvf vacceed_v1.1.tar.gz
- Move the downloaded directory to any location of your choice.
