これは字幕用プラグイン(Adobe Premiere Pro Plugin)です．

合成音声ソフトとの連携APIについて

本プログラムはk896951氏が制作されたSeikaCenterを使用して合成音声ソフト(voiceroid及びcevio)を動かしております． そのため，本プラグインに同梱されている“SeikaCenterAPI.dll”，“SeikaCenterAPI.xml”は下記のサイトにて配布されているものとなります．

公開，使用許可はk896951氏に頂いているもののため，本プラグインに同梱されている
“SeikaCenterAPI.dll”，“SeikaCenterAPI.xml”を使った三次配布は禁止します．

制作動画を使った収益化について

私からは特に制限していません．
ただ，ボイス機能を使った場合，各種合成音声ソフトのライセンスに則って判断してください．
