###GOAL OF OPEN COMIC READER The point of this project is to create a really great app for reading comics. I’ve used a few, while some are good none of them feel perfect. Either it’s a bit slow, the interface isn’t well put together, lacking good features, etc. Then there are ads, which I hate the most.
I want the development of the app to be fun, something that can be built together with people who really love reading comics and want the best possible app to make it easy and fun to do.
One big reason for this project for me is the whole learning process:
- How to build an android app
- How to get it out there for people to use
- How to use git, github and all these version control features
- How to manage an open source project
###DONATIONS At this point I am not accepting donations. Money isn’t the driving force for the app, but it would be nice to have some support at some point when I think the app deserves it.
