LockableWidgets is a collection of lockable widgets for Android. It contains LockableScrollView and LockableViewPager.

You can lock or unlock the scolling of ScrollView by using LockableScrollView widget like below.
LockableScrollView lockableScrollView = (LockableScrollView)findViewById(R.id.lockableScrollView);
lockableScrollView.setEnableScroll(false);

lockableScrollView.setEnableScroll(false);

lockableScrollView.setEnableScroll(true);
}You can lock or unlock of the swiping of ViewPager by using LockableViewPager widget like below.
