This page describes the experience of the Spring Framework team while upgrading the project build from a JDK 8 to JDK 17 baseline.
- Main JDK 17 build issue
- Configure Concourse CI pipeline with JDK 17 baseline
- Upgrade to AspectJ 1.9.8 for 17 language level support
- Upgrade to Kotlin 1.6.0 for 17 language level support
- Use default stylesheet for generated Javadoc HTML
- Javadoc warning about linking to packages in named modules
