Fixed display errors

Added readme

Selection of console types to be shown is now carried across pages (e.g. hiding speed calls)

Added preview of Arrays and Objects in log, you can then click on them to see all contents.

Now resizable - advanced features include remembering how tall pQp is across page requests.

Allows toggling of visibility of types of message in the log.

Added jQuery to page with care (e.g. checks for existing jQuery and makes sure it doesn't overwrite existing $ globals). Also converted class manipulations to use jQuery.

Uses to cookies to remember the active tab and whether the debugger should be shown.

Remove smarty's display and instead re-formatted display.php to be much more human edit friendly

Removed save config and instead allows validation to be a function with the val as the first param

As per suggestion from Paul Scott, can now sync with an input field

Now has cancel method, and supports buttons!

Better rotation support, .rotate acts the same as the native .rotate however .rotation allows for +=/-= (same as just using .rotate) however when given a normal number sets the rotation to that NOT rotate that ammount. E.g. .rotate(0.5).rotate(0) != .rotation(0.5).rotation(0), the rotate would leave it at a rotation of 0.5 howver the .rotation resets it to 0 from wherever it currently is.
