+Apparently CWiid does not support the GHWT instruments properly, as they work differently to the GH3 ones. There are instructions and scripts for fixing this issue written up [http://sidrit.wordpress.com/2010/02/10/frets-on-fire-with-guitar-hero-world-tour-ghwt-on-ubuntu/ here]
